This complex undertaking is divided into three technological segments, with which Futura Technology demonstrates its multidisciplinarity. The first segment includes the complete reconstruction of the lighting, where the existing fixtures are replaced with new, more energy-efficient lighting. This step is the foundation for reducing the base consumption of electricity in the production plant. The second segment of the works relates to the design and construction of the solar power plant on the roof of the building. As in previous projects, reliable equipment partners (Hager, Siemens, Schrack Technik, Hanersun, Solis) are used to ensure the integration of the new energy source with the existing infrastructure of the bakery, with the support of subcontractors Deltahes doo and United Construction doo. The third and most technologically demanding part of the project is the design and implementation of the SCADA system within the production process of the bakery itself. This completes the modernization process, because in addition to energy efficiency (lighting and solar), digital production monitoring is introduced, which gives Valpek Company a modern and optimized plant.
